About InterMinerva
Respect
We honour every stakeholder and community, recognising the unique story each project contributes to the fabric of society.
Integrity
Transparency, honesty, and straightforwardness are at our core. We uphold the highest standards of ethics, ensuring peace of mind in every partnership.
Service
Dedicated to exceptional service, we go beyond developing buildings to provide hands-on support and unmatched value for our investors and communities.
Excellence
Our pursuit of excellence is relentless. We take no shortcuts, meticulously crafting every detail to deliver superior quality and sustainable innovation.
Back in 2005, InterMinerva’s Founder, Peter, renovated his first house, learning all the trades in his spare time. This sparked a passion for property development.
With over two decades of experience in Aircraft Engineering with the Royal Air Force, Peter realised he could bring engineering precision, systemised thinking, and military values to commercial property development.
This became the blueprint of InterMinerva.
We’re driven by a conviction that there is a better way to run a commercial property development business.
Tired of observing a sector where some developers took reckless risks, had questionable ethics and ‘rode rough-shod’ with investor funds; from day one, we knew our business would be different. We prioritise shared value and robust returns, managing risk, and purchasing properties at fair market values. Possessing strong community ties, we build high-quality starter homes in regeneration areas, creating jobs for veterans and their families.
As proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, we pledge support to defence and armed forces communities.
Having integrated Military values into our business, every decision we make is with integrity. With a focus on long-term impact, we donate a portion of our development profits to Little Troopers, a small military charity with a big heart dedicated to supporting the children of our British Armed Forces. Partnering with us also means you’re ‘investing for good’. We are respectful, honest, and humble. For us, human connection trumps all.
We collaborate with partners and create shared value through property development. We buy properties too, both on and off the market.
Meticulous finish
Maximised profits
Reduced risk
Peace of mind
We apply an engineering mindset, sustainable innovation, and a forward-thinking ethos to every project we undertake.
Sustainable Innovation
Drawing from military practices, we employ responsible building techniques, efficient disposal of materials, and enhance biodiversity. Our initiatives include lowering carbon footprints, and promoting eco-friendly solutions.
Technological Excellence
Staying ahead of technological advancements is crucial. We use our expertise in military technology, and future-proof our homes with the latest energy-efficient systems, controls and innovative technologies. This delivers savings for tenants and creates modern, desirable homes.
We’re on a mission to achieve
these goals by 2035:
Deliver
affordable homes, ensuring access to quality housing for diverse communities.
Raise
for military charities, supporting veterans and their families.
Create
of social value, enhancing communities and fostering economic growth.
Positively impacted
lives, through our community-centred initiatives and development projects.
Offset
tonnes of carbon, through sustainable building practices and energy-efficiency initiatives.
